Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 4-25-17: Rainel Rosario Doubles & Drives In Two Runs; Iker Franco Collects Two Singles & One RBI; Francisco Rivera Singles & Knocks In One Run



Rainel Rosario (former Springfield-Saltillo) started in right field and batted third.  1-for-3 with one double, two RBIs, one run, one sac fly, and one strikeout.

Iker Franco (former Springfield-Quintana Roo) started at catcher and batted seventh.  2-for-3 with one two-out RBI.

Veracruz beat Quintana Roo 10-6

Daric Barton (former Peoria-Monclova) started at first base and batted sixth.  0-for-2 with one run, two walks, one strikeout, and assisted in two double plays.

Monclova beat Laguna 3-0

Francisco Rivera (former Palm Beach-Campeche) started at first base and batted eighth.  1-for-3 with one RBI, one strikeout, and assisted in two double play.

Campeche beat Leon 4-3 in 12 innings

Richy Pedroza (former Peoria-Aguascalientes) started at shortstop and batted ninth.  0-for-2 with one strikeout and assisted in one double play.

Tijuana beat Aguascalientes 5-1
