The Nationals sold out the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches for the first time in its short history, as 7,675 fans were in attendance for Monday afternoon's matchup with the Yankees. Brett Gardner drove in a pair with a two-run single in the second and Matt Holliday launched a two-run home run as New York came away with a 9-3 victory.
