Colin Walsh (former Springfield-Atlanta) entered late in the game as designated hitter and batted fifth.  0-for-1 at the plate.

Atlanta beat Philadelphia 3-2

Allen Craig (former St. Louis-Boston) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  2-for-3 with one double, one home run, two two-out RBIs, two runs, and one walk.

New York-N beat Boston 8-7

Shane Robinson (former St. Louis-Anaheim) entered late in the game in right field and batted fifth.  0-for-2 with one strikeout.

Anaheim beat Cincinnati 9-0

Rich Hill (former Memphis-Los Angeles) started and pitched 1.2 innings.  He allowed one hit, three earned runs, four walks, and struck one out for the losing decision (0-2).  (g/f:3-0)

Milwaukee beat Los Angeles 7-2

Dean Kiekhefer (former St. Louis-Seattle) entered in the ninth and pitched one inning.  He allowed one hit and no runs.  (p-s:10-6)(g/f:2-0)

Cleveland beat Seattle 14-6
