Three right-handed pitchers -- the Cardinals' Carlos Martinez, the Marlins' Edinson Volquez and the Brewers' Wily Peralta -- are expected to make up the starting rotation for the Dominican Republic in Round 1 of the World Baseball Classic, according to MLB Network insider Jon Paul Morosi.
