Former Cardinals Draft Selections Playing In College 2-18-17: Matt Vierling Singles, Homers, & Drives In Three Runs; Pat Krall Strikes Out Six & Allows One Run Over Six Innings For The Win; Josh Rolette Singles, Walks Twice, & Knocks In One Run

Josh Burgmann (former 2016 draft selection-Washington) entered in the eighth and pitched to four batters.  He allowed no hits or runs, and three walks.

Santa Clara beat Washington 4-3 in game two of doubleheader

Pat Krall (former 2016 draft selection-Clemson) started and pitched six innings.  He allowed two hits, one unearned run, three walks, and struck six out for the winning decision (1-0).

Clemson beat Wright St 6-2

Josh Rolette (former 2015 draft selection-Kansas St) started at catcher and batted fifth.  1-for-3 with one walk and one passed ball.

Kansas St beat Pittsburgh 5-4 in game one of doubleheader
