Righthander Trevor Rosenthal, who is hoping to get some startrs’ innings in camp, will follow starter Lance Lynn in the split-squad game scheduled for here on Monday and is expected, like Lynn, to throw two innings. Lynn’s start for the Cardinals will be his first since he had Tommy John elbow surgery in November, 2015.
