Well, pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training in just over a month and the baseball season is getting closer to us, which means the offseason is almost over. This offseason, John Mozeliak and the Cardinals have made key additions in relief pitcher Brett Cecil and center fielder Dexter Fowler. I, for one, think the Cardinals have improved a bit by making these additions.
