Here we go again … Tuesday at MLB’s annual Winter Meetings, the Cardinals once again renewed their vow to make Kolten Wong their regular second baseman. We’ve heard this so many times before, I’ve lost count. The Cards always have these big plans for Wong, and 18 minutes later he’s on the bench, or on the way to Triple A Memphis after being demoted.
