An interesting thing happened this offseason: Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens suddenly lost some of their stigma. Two players who found themselves present on merely 50 percent or so of all public ballots in last year’s round of voting now trend at equal 72 percent marks on the publicly-released ballots for this upcoming class.
