“What I like about Fowler is his reliability,” the scout said. “Even though he missed a month last year because of a hamstring injury, he’s usually healthy and durable. You know what you’re going to get, solid production on offense and solid play on defense. That may not be sexy but it’s good to have dependability at a key position.”
