While the order for the 2017 Draft took shape when the 2016 regular season came to a close, it was far from set in stone. The decisions of the 10 free agents who received $17.2 million qualifying offers from their teams will almost certainly alter the landscape of the first round. And those decisions have to be made by 5 p.m. ET Monday.
