The prefix, like the tunes so often sung around baseball’s hot stove, is ubiquitous as baseball’s general managers dutifully report to the offseason and align themselves into familiar camps. There is always one team looking to repeat, a handful promising to reload, one or two in need of a reboot, and some advertising how they intend to redistribute. A few tactfully surrender to a rebuild, whether they use the re-word or not.
