Cardinals Sign Brett Cecil To Four-Year/$30.5M Deal & Designate Brayan Pena For An Assignment

The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that they have signed free agent left-handed reliever Brett Cecil to a four-year deal that extends through the 2020 season. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
