Calvin Munson Finds Himself Right In Middle Of Defense

Munson made his presence known from the first game of the 2015 season, returning a pair of interceptions for touchdowns in the season opener against USD. He had a career-high three sacks a few weeks later at San Jose State. Munson's biggest impact, however, was the weekly consistency he brought to the defense. He finished the season with a team-high 98 tackles. He also led the Aztecs in tackles for loss (15.0), sacks (9.5) and fumble recoveries (2, tied). In addition to the two interceptions, Munson had two pass breakups, two forced fumbles and seven quarterback hurries.
