HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 16, 2016, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 26, 2016. (“Entry Period”). Online entry only. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household per day. Additional entries beyond the specified limit will be void.

During the Entry Period go to Fathead and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form as directed, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Fathead’s privacy policy accessible at: http://www.fathead.com/terms-and-conditions/#PrivacyPolicy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. PRIZE: One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive four (4) tickets for Winner and three (3) guests for one (1) 2016 Major League Baseball regular season game, subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions; roundtrip, coach-class airfare for Winner and his/her one (1) guest between a major airport nearest Winner’s residence and the host city of the game (“Host City”); one (1)-night hotel accommodation (one [1] standard, double occupancy room) at a hotel in the Host City determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; four (4) Fathead Big Heads; and four (4) Fathead wall decals (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $7,000; actual value may vary depending on, among other factors, Winner’s city of departure, the location of the Host City and game selected, and travel dates. Any difference in value will not be awarded. GROUND TRANSPORTATION NOT INCLUDED. Sponsor reserves the right to award ground transportation in lieu of airfare if Winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of the Host City; any difference in value will not be awarded.
