The D-backs placed outfielder David Peralta on the 15-day disabled list on Sunday, retroactive to May 9, and selected the contract of outfielder Michael Bourn from Double-A Mobile. Right-hander Cody Hall was designated for assignment to make room for Bourn on the 40-man roster.
