The Nationals will wake up Thursday in D.C. for the first time this year as a team. The final spots on the roster are still to be determined, but one name will be in the bullpen that wasn’t expected there to start the spring: veteran right-handed reliever Matt Belisle. Because of a solid camp and a long track record, the Nationals purchased Belisle’s minor league contract Tuesday and added the 35-year-old to the 40-man roster.
