The St. Louis Cardinals are teaming up with McDonald's to present Ticketfest, a special $9 ticket promotion for fans to experience the best rivalry in sports. Beginning tomorrow, fans can purchase tickets to any Cardinals-Cubs game at Busch Stadium in April or May for only $9 each.
