The St. Louis Cardinals have announced their minor league field staffs for the upcoming 2016 season and Oliver Marmol will return as manager of the Palm Beach Cardinals. In Marmol's first season with the Palm Beach Cardinals he posted an overall record of 75-63 and won the Second Half Florida State League South Division with a 43-25 record.
