Yadi. The beloved Cardinals catcher, the name of, approximately, 337,000 St. Louis pets, the subject of my favorite Post-Dispatch headline ever, after his NLCS Game 7 homer: “Yadi! Yadi! Yadi!” (no offense to the Ron Gant-inspired playoff headline from 1996: “Da Do Ron Ron!”)
