Louisville Slugger announced their Preseason All-Americans today, with Pacific's own Gio Brusa making the list as a Third Team All-American. Brusa was also named a Preseason All-American before last season, earning the honor from Collegiate Baseball, Perfect Game, and Baseball America. This year, Brusa was one of two honorees from the West Coast Conference, joining LMU's J.D. Busfield.
