On Monday, WEEI.com's Rob Bradford reported free agent left-hander Rich Hill is expected to sign sometime this week. We've seen several trades so far this offseason but very few free agent signings. Marco Estrada re-signed with the Blue Jays and Franklin Gutierrez re-signed with the Mariners, that's about it.
