Who's in the pipeline between Cleveland and the minors? The first two in line are Tyler Naquin and James Ramsey. Naquin is the Tribe's No.1 pick from 2012. Ramsey is the Cardinals No.1 pick from the same year. Two other outfielders, Bradley Zimmer and Clint Frazier, showed improvement over the last season, but it's questionable if they'll be ready to help the big league club next season.
