Why Hasn't Greg Garcia Been The Backup Shortstop All Season?

No offense to Pete Kozma, but it’s pretty clear the team doesn’t place much value in his offensive potential. The 27-year old is a career .226 hitter with a .588 OPS in 611 at-bats at the Major League level. This year it’s actually even worse as he’s hitting just .169 with a paltry .413 OPS in 89 ABs.
