Kenta Maeda, RHP, Hiroshima Carp — The Carp weren’t willing to post Maeda last winter but he could be in play this offseason. What will he demand and where would he fit? Most scouts thinks he’s a No. 3 starter at best, and likely a No. 4. Maeda is 8-6 with a 2.03 ERA in 17 starts this season. Also in the Carp rotation is former Dodger and Yankee Hiroki Kuroda, who is 7-4 with a 2.58 ERA.
