Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 8-2-15: Luis Garcia Singles, Walks Twice, & Drives In Three Runs; Dennys Reyes Strikes Out One Over One Hitless/Scoreless Inning; Eugenio Velez Singles & Walks Twice

Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Tabasco) started at shortstop and batted second.  1-for-4 with one strikeout and assisted in two double plays.

Eugenio Velez (former Memphis-Quintana Roo) started at second base and moved to left field, batting third.  1-for-2 with two walks (one intentional) and assisted in one double play.

Quintana Roo beat Tabasco 5-3

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Yucatan) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  1-for-3 with three RBIs (two w/two-outs) and two walks.

Yucatan beat Veracruz 8-3

Ronny Cedeno (former MLB signing-Oaxaca) started at shortstop and batted fifth.  1-for-5 with one strikeout and grounded into one double play.

Campeche beat Oaxaca 8-7

Dennys Reyes (former St. Louis-Tijuana) entered in the seventh and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs, and struck one out.  (p-s:14-9)(g/f:0-1)

Tijuana beat Laguna 13-4
