The Cardinals and Reds open a three-game series at Great American Ball Park on Tuesday with a rematch of last week's pitchers' duel between John Lackey and Anthony DeSclafani in which DeSclafani's Reds took a 1-0 win thanks to a second-inning Jay Bruce home run.
