Iker Franco (former Springfield-Quintana Roo) started at catcher and batted eighth.  3-for-4 with one double, two RBIs, one run, and one walk.

Quintana Roo beat Reynosa 14-2

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Yucatan) started at first base and batted sixth.  2-for-4 with one double, one two-out RBI, one strikeout, and assisted in one double play.

Monterrey beat Yucatan 7-3
