Mike Jorgensen still recalls being "pretty devastated" when the Mets traded him to Montreal in the Rusty Staub deal back in 1972. Jorgensen, who grew up in Queens and went to Francis Lewis High, was a young guy playing in his hometown. He lived with his parents, an easy five-mile commute to Shea.
