Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 5-21-15: Iker Franco Collects Two Singles & One RBI; Justin Christian Doubles & Scores Two Runs; Ivan Maldonado Strikes Out One & Allows Two Runs Over Six Innings

Justin Christian (former Memphis-Mexico) started in centerfield and batted third.  1-for-3 with one double, two runs, and one hit by pitch.

Mexico beat Aguascalientes 10-2

Ivan Bellazetin (former MiLB tryout-Tabasco) started at shortstop and moved to second base, batting second.  0-for-2 with one run, one walk, one hit by pitch, two strikeouts, and assisted in one double play.

Tabasco beat Veracruz 7-6

Iker Franco (former Springfield-Quintana Roo) started at catcher and batted eighth.  2-for-4 with one two-out RBI.
Ivan Maldonado (former MiLB tryout-Quintana Roo) started and pitched six innings.  He allowed four hits, two earned runs, three walks, hit one batter, and struck one out.  (p-s:82-47)(g/f:11-3)

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Yucatan) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  0-for-4 with one walk.

Quintana Roo beat Yucatan 5-4
