Matt Holliday, who was previously present in the originally-posted lineup, is not in the revised one the Cardinals posted at 11 a.m. before their game against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Illness has sidelined Cardinal slugger Matt Holliday once more Sunday afternoon. The left fielder was initially penciled in the lineup for the series finale against the Dodgers, but was scratched once it was clear that he still wasn't healthy.
