Matt Holliday is out of the Cardinals lineup tonight with flu-like symptoms, and Jhonny Peralta and Randal Grichuk have taken the Nos. 3 and 4 four spots in the Cardinals' batting order for the opener of their three-game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
