Left-hander Sam Freeman, of Hebron High School, will learn his fate Wednesday, when his time in designated-for-assignment limbo ends. When the Rangers made the move with Freeman, general manager Jon Daniels said the club hoped he could get through outright waivers and remain in the organization.
