Shohei Otani Workload To Change When Schedule Changes To Six Games A Week

Shohei Otani has been averaging one game as a pitcher and two games as a position player so far this season because of the light schedule. The team will begin playing six games a week in May and Hideki Kuriyama is thinking about expanding Otani's workload by one game as a position player each week. That could mean starts as a pitcher on Tuesday and starts as a position player on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
