Former Cardinals Playing In The Mexican League 4-15-15: Luis Garcia Doubles & Drives In Two Runs; Juan Pena Pitches One Scoreless Inning; Iker Franco Singles & Walks

Luis Garcia (former New Haven-Yucatan) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  1-for-4 with one double, two two-out RBIs, and grounded into one double play.

Monterrey beat Yucatan 8-3

Juan Pena (former Tennessee-Monclova) entered in the eighth and pitched one inning.  He allowed no hits or runs, and one walk.  (p-s:11-5)(g/f:2-0)

Campache beat Monclova 7-6 in 11 innings

Justin Christian (former Memphis-Quintana Roo) started in centerfield and batted eighth.  1-for-5 at the plate.
Iker Franco (former Springfield-Quintana Roo) started at catcher and batted ninth.  1-for-3 with one run, one walk, and allowed one stolen base.

Randy Ruiz (former MiLB signing-Reynosa) started as designated hitter and batted fifth.  0-for-3 with two strikeouts.

Quintana Roo beat Reynosa 6-0

Dennys Reyes (former St. Louis-Tijuana) entered in the eighth and pitched to one batter.  He allowed no hits one earned run, and one walk.  (p-s:7-3)

Tijuana beat Veracruz 5-4
