The Cardinals on Sunday placed ace Adam Wainwright on the 15-day disabled list because of an injury to his lower left ankle/Achilles' -- an injury that he suffered while batting against the Brewers on Saturday. As our own Jon Heyman has confirmed, the Cardinals fear Wainwright will be lost for the remainder of the 2015 season. Presumably, we'll know for sure once Wainwright is further examined Monday.
