Adam Wainwright dominated the Cubs during the Cardinals' 3-0 Opening Night win on Sunday. He pitched six scoreless innings, while giving up five hits and striking out six. On Opening Day in 2014, Wainwright pitched seven scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and K'ing nine batters. Using my trusty online calculator, that's 13 straight opening game innings of scoreless baseball with 15 strikeouts.
