No one has ever questioned Jaime Garcia’s raw stuff. There are those on the Cardinals who insist his is the nastiest of anyone’s on the staff. But as someone who hasn’t pitched in regular season game since last June and is coming off surgery to relieve thoracic outlet syndrome, sharpness has eluded Garcia while the stuff’s been there.
