Patrick Osborn Named Staten Island Manager, Eric Duncan Defensive Coach

Patrick Osborn will be the 14th manager in Staten Island Yankees history, with the former independent league guru tabbed Tuesday to replace Mario Garza as the leader of the SI Yanks' 2015 coaching staff.
