The St. Louis Cardinals announced today the signing of four players, including free-agent infielder Dean Anna who was added to the team's 40-man Major League roster. The team also announced that they have agreed to terms with minor league free-agent pitchers Marcus Hatley and Miguel Socolovich. The Cardinals also re-signed infielder Scott Moore to a minor league contract. Moore, along with Hatley and Socolovich, will receive invitations to the team's Major League spring training camp next February.
