It sounds like Rogers Communications, owner of the Toronto Blue Jays, are wholly committed to being spenders this offseason in a big way. After signing catcher Russell Martin to a five-year, $82 million deal, management does not appear to be done yet. The club is highly interested in deepening their starting rotation. Jon Lester is a name being mentioned frequently.
