He will be one of four executive chefs from Delaware North Companies Sportservice on the "Big Hitters" episode, along with Josh Distenfeld from Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Jessica Helms at Busch Stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals, and Cristobal Vazquez at Globe Life Park for the Texas Rangers.
