After a formula of extra rest and a couple of bullpen sessions, Michael Wacha is back — as in the Cardinals’ rotation. Manager Mike Matheny said Wednesday night that Wacha, who hadn’t felt or looked right in his most recent start, Sept. 9 in Cincinnati, will face the Reds here Saturday night.
