After enduring two frustrating seasons following their controversial 10-year, $240 million signing of free-agent first baseman Albert Pujols, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim are having an enjoyable summer. Heading into Thursday the Halos had MLB's best record (79-53, .598) and led Oakland by a game in the AL West.
