The State College Spikes have unveiled the artwork for the team's Coach Franklin Bobblehead Doll Giveaway on Thursday, August 28. The first 1,000 fans attending that night's 7:05 p.m. game (Public gates open at 6:00) will receive the giveaway presented by The Nittany Lion Inn & The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel and ESPN Radio 1450.
