The view from here is that Colon is worth keeping for next year, unless the return is overwhelming (and with Jeff Samardzija, Jason Hammel, Bronson Arroyo and perhaps David Price now unavailable for various reasons, maybe a robust market for the big fella does develop). But Colon is a good pitcher; why not try to win with him in ‘15?
