The Giants have signed Dominican outfielder Bryan Pena for $425,000. A 16-year-old lefty, Pena has a big frame (6-foot-4, 200 pounds) and big power, which he showed in a two-homer game in the Dominican Prospect League in front of hundreds of scouts in January.
