Dodgers Sign International Free Agent Romer Cuadrado

Venezuelan outfielder Romer Cuadrado has signed with the Dodgers for $750,000. Cuadrado, 16, is raw but has projectable righthanded power from his 6-foot-4, 195-pound frame.
