Aledmys Diaz will make his Grapefruit League debut on Friday as the Cardinals’ shortstop. Diaz had to return to Mexico to obtain a work visa, and with that now in hand, he has no limitations. The Cardinals are not looking at Diaz as a potential Major League roster addition right now, but this will give the big league coaching staff an opportunity to take a look at a player who could be up by the end of the season.
