Marty Mason begins his second season as Red Wings pitching coach and 29th as a coach at the professional level. Mason was the pitching coach for Single-A Daytona (Cubs) from 2011-12 and spent 25 years in the St. Louis organization, including 11 as the Cardinals bullpen coach from 2000-10.
